Preparing Learners for Kindergarten and Beyond!

Do you want your child to…

  • become an avid reader?
  • enjoy solving math problems?
  • speak and write well?
  • be creative?
  • make decisions independently?
  • develop physical coordination?
  • have good study skills?
  • get along with others?
  • be self-confident?
  • enjoy learning?
  • love school?
  • BE A “MENTCH”!?

If you do, then our early childhood program is perfect for your child. We share the same goals. We can work together at home and at school to help your child acquire skills,  attitudes and habits to do well in school and throughout life

Toddlers, twos and our pre-schoolers enjoy the opportunity to learn through exploration, play, manipulation of materials, age appropriate academics,  as well as interaction with teachers and friends.  Children are grouped according to birthdays in age appropriate classrooms with low student/teacher ratios.  Our experienced, sensitive teachers are always available to guide and educate and ensure that all children’s needs are met.

In each of our classrooms, children’s learning is supported by at least 15 minutes of individualized instruction and guidance each day.  Research supports that the results of this type of instruction maximizes play and learning opportunities.

Our curriculum is organized around themes. Classrooms are organized with learning centers.  Your child will begin to understand concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters and STEAM as she/he achieves reading readiness and language development.  We further enrich our curriculum by exploring our family, our community, our world beyond and our Jewish identity.

The activities we plan for children, the way we organize the environment, select toys and materials, plan the daily schedule, and talk with children, are all designed to accomplish the goals of our curriculum and give your child a successful start in school.
